— together with the NovaStacks brand and the ForgeAI Studio name, are names, marks and identifiers belonging to us. The software, designs, user interfaces, code and supporting materials that make up these products are owned by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.

Nothing on this website transfers to you any ownership of, or right to use, these product names or the underlying software, except as expressly permitted by a written agreement with us.

4. Trade marks and brand usage

The names, logos and marks used on this website — including NovaStacks, ForgeAI Studio and our product names listed above — are our trade marks or brand identifiers, whether or not they are registered.

You may not use any of our names, logos or marks:
